The Douglas Fir has the traditional Christmas tree shape and is ideal for decorating, using as a garden feature or as an instant windbreak tree. Moderate to slow growing. Prefers a cool climate and is a very frost-tolerant tree. Likes plenty of water and a sheltered spot.
