What we do

With a selection of premium and unique conifer varieties, we are a wholesale nursery and Christmas tree farm that supply wholesale customers, landscapers, retail nurseries and Christmas tree growers Australia-wide.

Who we are

Spruced is a small Australian business growing and developing a range of Christmas tree varieties. We are based East of Bathurst, NSW on two sites at the top of the great dividing range. We travel the mountains of the world to source seeds and develop new cultivars for Christmas trees in Australia. We are also building up our own seed orchards and developing and trialling these varieties across Australia.

Why Choose Spruced?

  • World favourite Christmas trees - grown in Australia: A wide selection of species hailing from the mountain ranges of Europe, Asia and the Americas Checkout this independent review showcasing many of our varieties by the spruce

  • Unique characteristics: Including a range of colours, fragrances and shapes. You can also find your ideal tree in terms of needle retention, species origin, branch strength and more, using the information guide and ratings system provided.

  • Potted Trees: To last you many-a-Christmas or to decorate your garden. With just a little TLC, these slow-growing trees will become beautiful, permanent features even on the smallest of apartment balconies, or stunning centrepieces in your garden.

  • Seeds, Seedlings, Bulk Buyers: We can arrange bulk seed sales and contract seedling orders for nurseries, farmers and gardeners alike at discounted rates. See our Shop for availability and contact us for bulk orders, contract growing arrangements or general enquiries.

  • The Environment: For every hectare (100m x 100m) of trees growing in plantation, enough carbon dioxide is converted to oxygen annually to sustain about 40 people. We are currently sowing enough young trees annually to one day produce oxygen for over 200 people per year, and we're expanding rapidly. Check out these articles comparing Real and Fake (artificial) trees. The study results are surprising, real trees are standout winners for the environment
